Please allow up to 7-10 days for UK deliveries and 14-18 days for International deliveries.
Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products bought on this site. All we ask, is that they are returned unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned goods we will refund payment within 7 days where possible but please allow up to 30 days in all cases. Postage and packaging is non-refundable.
Returns Procedure
Should you have any reason to return products, we ask you to follow the procedure below:
1) Email us straight away, stating your order reference and a short explanation of why you are returning them.
2) Wait for email confirmation of your returns request from our customer service team.
3) Return your goods securely, with your name, address, telephone and order number, to: Dimensions Health Store, 15 Holyhead Road, Bangor, North Wales, LL57 2EG.
Please Note - Refunds can only be given on receiving goods back, as Dimensions Health Store cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
